FAQ
All our garments are made under a Pre-Order basis. It means that we don´t work with a volume of garments in stock, but we make each garment according to the orders received.
You can choose the style, color and size and add it in to your Cart.
Availability of sizes and units will depend on the fabric stock at the moment of your selection since we work mostly with dead-stock fabrics.
Once we receive your order, the selected product will be specially made for you in our workshop by Rosario and Isabel between 3 to 10 days. It will be also wrapped and packed by us.
You will receive an email of the progress of your product and once it´s ready to ship, we will let you know by email as well.
You can use any credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. If you wish to make a bank transfer please contact us.
You can visit us from Monday to Friday between 16:30 to 20:30hs at our Workspace in Sèneca 8, and try the available styles/sizes. You will be able to place your order in store too.
We don´t work with tailor-made orders at this moment, but if you cannot find your size (whether is out of stock or not displayed) please contact us at shop@cus.cat
Products of the ESSENTIALS collection is always available online (unless they are sold out) and you can place your order any time of the week. We will process our order within 72 business hours and ship it right away.
We will contact you to ask if you wish to receive both items together, or to send the available now first.
Once you receive the email with the order as Confirmed, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

For Pre-Order styles purchases, since every piece is made at our workshop after processing each order, the delay of delivery can be between 3 and 10 days, depending on the style and orders demand.
