Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or swap your Cus product, please let us know to email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order, providing your reasons for the return and/or exchange requirements.
On receipt of the returned item(s), we will check that all the conditions above are met and we will proceed to reply with an authorization to return the ítem(s) and to refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card, which will be processed within 5–10 working days of receipt
In order to refund or exchange your product, please note the following limitations:
- Returns authorisation must be granted prior to returning an item
- Items can be returned within 14 days upon delivery.
- Items that have been used, laundried or were damaged cannot be accepted for return nor exchange.
- Items purchased from Cus online store cannot be exchanged or returned at any other stores selling Cus.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If it´s an exchange for another size, color or product, the new shipping costs are responsability of the customer.
- Items that do not fit correctly can be exchanged for the right size if available, or an online credit (valid for 3 months).
It’s easy to return your item(s) by post. Just follow the steps below:
- Place the items you wish to return in the same box you received with the tags attached.
- Fill up your return form and then put it inside the box.
- Close the box and tape it securely.
- Place the shipping information on the box.
- Contact the authorized transport company for pick up.
